Erica is a sales executive who has brought Covisint a wealth of high tech sales experience, working in all types of environments, from giant corporations like IBM to startup companies, and everything in between. She has experience in many roles in direct sales organizations, from individual contributor to leading sales organizations.
Erica came to Covisint having worked in many strategic as well as emerging software technology markets such as SaaS, CRM, Big Data Analytics and Sales Enablement. Based in Buffalo New York, Erica is responsible for the positioning, sale and customer success of the Covisint platform in her strategic accounts. She works with resellers, implementation experts, and consulting partners to ensure comprehensive support of client requirements and ongoing customer satisfaction.
