Ford Renews Agreement to Use Compuware Covisint Supplier Portal

Automaker Uses Advanced Compuware Solution to Share Information and Applications With Suppliers

DETROIT--May 4, 2005 -- Covisint, a subsidiary of Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR), announced today a renewal of its agreement with Ford Motor Company for the Covisint Communicate portal service. Ford has used Covisint Communicate since 2001 to provide the Ford Supplier Portal. The Ford Supplier Portal improves the sharing of information and collaborative business processes with Ford suppliers globally.

Covisint Communicate helps customers like Ford reduce the cost of maintaining a supplier-facing portal and frees valuable resources that can now be directed toward improving business processes with suppliers. Ford uses Covisint Communicate to securely share a large number of company-specific applications with global suppliers. In addition, Ford uses Covisint Communicate to maintain an extensive library of updated documents and information that suppliers use to collaborate with Ford.
