Viewing Responses

1. Navigate to the Claim Status portlet.

2. Click View Responses tab to view a claims status response for different individuals or multi-payer claims status responses for one individual.
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

   STATUS:	DEFINITION:
   C	Complete - indicates 277 response was received.
   E	Errors - indicates a failure (e.g. failed due to the a timeout or bad 276 transaction)
   W	Waiting -  transaction is partially complete (e.g. 276 request was successful, still waiting for a 277 response)
   From this point, you are able to: View/Print the details of a particular response View/Print a summary  of responses

RESULT:

You have successfully reviewed responses to claim requests.
