The Covisint ExchangeLink™ Platform provides a single patient record framework where physicians can securely access and share data while utilizing multiple technology applications—all within one web-based environment. ExchangeLink coordinates with physicians' existing practice management systems (PMS) and can connect with more than 200 different PMS/EMR applications.

ExchangeLink does not replace or replicate physicians' PMS applications. ExchangeLink aggregates all the applications necessary to achieve an end-to-end approach to patient care and extends the value of physicians' technology investments.

At the core of health information exchange, ExchangeLink provides practice desktop solutions that include:
